Thinktech was founded in July 2017. Headquartered in Shanghai, it has branches in Changsha, Beijing, Guangzhou, etc., and is invested in by domestic vehicle groups and Fortune 500 enterprises. Guided by "independent & controllable, automotive-grade quality", it focuses on R&D of automotive-grade semiconductors, provides complete automotive-grade chips and solutions for the auto industry, and strives to build an application ecosystem for domestic independent-brand automotive-grade chips in new-gen smart vehicles.

Its product lines include Mizar Security Chips, Alioth General MCUs and Phecda Automotive Intelligent Power ICs, covering chassis control, body electronics, intelligent connectivity, ADAS and other auto-electronic needs.

Mizar Security Chips: Support info security for intelligent connected vehicle components (e.g., connectivity, digital keys, smart driving, C-V2X). They have served over 20 OEMs and 30+ component suppliers globally, with cumulative shipments exceeding 1 million units, leading the domestic automotive-grade security chip market.

Alioth General MCUs: Support up to functional safety ASIL-D, AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and National Cryptography Level 2. Fit for in-vehicle scenarios like chassis control and intelligent connectivity, they have passed mass-production verification and been pre-installed in TBOX, BCM, EPS, BMS, etc., of multiple OEMs.

Phecda Power ICs: Adopt BCD process, with built-in three-phase full-bridge pre-driver, voltage/current diagnosis and watchdog functions. Mainly used for motor control in seats, sunroofs, pumps, fans and valves.

Thinktech has an SoC chip R&D center, covering the full process of high-reliability, high-security chip design. Its core team has years of IC design experience, participated in national key R&D projects, and holds over 50 independent IPs (IC layouts, invention patents, software copyrights, etc.).
